Loving Oatmeal Lately
As I sit here on my couch I never thought I would be writing about oatmeal on my blog. Oatmeal is one of those foods that took me a while to actually like. However, in the past few years I have grown to really like it. Oatmeal is filling, it can help with milk production during breastfeeding, aid with acid reflux. Plus oats are packed with vitamins making them very good for you!
With fall coming up, I thought I would share two recipes that I’ve been loving lately for breakfast. These two recipes make for a cozy, yet filling breakfast that doesn’t disappoint.
